Managing Director
Responsible for the legal and financial management of the organisation and the on going monitoring and measurement of quality system, and reliability of its products.
Production Controller
Is responsible for controlling the production capacity and determining the sequence of operations and issue of the relevant instructions to production.
Quality Engineer
Reports to the Managing Director and is responsible to ensure that the requirements of the quality management system and quality control functions comply and maintained to ISO 9001: 2000 and CAA JAR 21 requirements.
Sales Director or Sales Administrator
Reporting to the Managing Director is responsible for receiving and recording all incoming orders, including customer supplied specifications and drawings. Is also responsible for the co-ordination and the completion of all documents through to the Invoice stage.
Works Manager
Reporting to the Directors is responsible for the supervision of all production personnel and control of production capacity, including the quality performance. In addition, responsible for the identification of all materials and products within the production and stores areas, including the monitoring and recording of re-working and scrap.
Chief Inspector
Reporting to the Quality Engineer and is responsible for the inspection of incoming goods, product first off, patrol and final inspections of machined components. In addition, for maintaining all inspection records, material certification requirements, test and measurement calibration and quality records.
Machine Operative
Reporting to the Works Manager, responsible for inspecting and monitoring their own work to ensure its acceptance for first off inspection and on-going inspections. First off inspection does not remove the need for further machine operative inspections. |
